Asthma, Save and effective long term treatment

Asthma, safe and effective long-term treatment is not what you would think. It does not include any drug treatments.

Before I tell you what the secret is I need to briefly explain how our immune system works.Asthma, Save and effective long term treatment

Our immune system consists of 2 parts, inflammatory response and regulatory response.

The inflammatory response is started by the body in response to some irritation. It is a good thing in the beginning as it mops up the irritant. It is a bad thing if it continues too long. This is then known as an autoimmune disease.

Asthma is an autoimmune disease. The inflammatory response does not stop, resulting in the inflammation and swelling of the bronchi, and the tubes within the lungs, preventing the movement of air in and out of the lungs, i.e. breathing.

The regulatory response is controlled by the microbes (probiotics) in your gut.

Caesar babies are very prone to autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, asthma, rhinitis (runny nose), and allergies to name a few. Very often Caesar babies suffer from a number of these conditions.

Because Caesar babies never went down the mother’s birth canal they never were exposed to the mother’s microbes (ProBiotics) so their immune system is compromised.

Our recommended treatment for asthma is a daily dose of a probiotic. Not just any old probiotic. The probiotic must have the following

  • Live culture, not the freeze-dried cultures you find on the retail shelves
  • a broad range of strains, the more the better. A minimum of 5 at least
  • colony-forming. Not much use if they are too easily excreted
  • known beneficial strains.

My son and I both take a Noster ProBiotic daily!

My safe, side effect-free treatment for asthma is one Noster ProBiotic daily. It is a capsule and can be opened and added to milk or yoghurt.

It is a long-term treatment that will take a few months to be effective. It will also be a lifelong treatment. It must be taken every day.
